| Interests | I was born in Tuscany...well.... some years ago. Looking back at my childhood I remember the time spent at my grandmother's house surrounded by vineyards, wheat and vegetables fields. I remember the wheat (Trebbiatura) and grape harvest ( the Vendemmia) celebrated with a gastronomic feast prepared for the occasion by my grand mother, my ants and my mother in the large kitchen and shared with everyone who took part in the events. I remember the kitchen always filled with the aroma of fresh herbs, roasted meats and vegetables and freshly baked cakes. I remember the inviting perfume of the fragrant bread freshly baked in the outdoor wood burning oven. It is to all that that I owe my passion for food and wine.
