| Introduction | Welcome to Sea Monkey Cove Trading Co. A whimsical little art studio tucked away in the Ozark hills. We specialize in mixed media, combining polymer clay with glass beads, semi~precious stones, and various found objects to create mini sculptures and art jewelry. Each piece is hand sculpted, so no two are exactly alike. It's founder, Miranda Brooks, was born an artist, hooked from her first tub of Play Dough. Over time, Play Dough was set aside for polymer clay. Her skills were refined when she discovered the techniques taught by fellow mixed media artist Christi Friesen. Her pieces are inspired by her imagination and the world around her. Her pieces have been sold in the beach communities of the West Coast and are now available on~line,at Terra Studios, and at various regional art and craft shows. |
