Introduction	I am an Air Force veteran and Navy wife sharing my experiences of being a military spouse, going through deployments and my 'normal' life. I enjoy working out, swimming, outdoor photography and cooking/baking. It is very therapeutic for me to write these blogs, especially during a deployment.
