| Introduction | I've tried lots of things to improve my finances and freedom over the years. I started a number of businesses, which all did alright, but nothing spectacular. I ended up buying a semi-truck and took to the road ten years ago. It had its ups and downs, but was good honest work, which ended up becoming a lifestyle, not a solution to having a lifestyle. You can make $100K or better by being a smart independent trucker, but I found out that if you have the ability to make that much trucking you can make so much more at other occupations. Even selling virtually anything business-to-business has a better return on capital. Forex fills the bill perfectly, for me. A portable income, if you have an edge, that you can take and live anywhere you want, using your capital to multiply your return as much as you want--- as long as you can handle the risk. That may be the greatest danger for beginners. This site may very well serve as a cautionary tale for others. We'll see what the future holds. John N. |
