Introduction	College & Career Transition Coach: I help teens and young adults navigate important life transitions so that they can lead more independent and successful lives. Teens heading off to college, and twenty-somethings in the midst of figuring out first careers and independent living often find themselves stuck, fearful, overwhelmed, and unwilling to take the risks necessary to confidently and strategically design a new plan.
