Introduction	I am a Senior Social Work Major with a minor in African American Studies at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC. To be honest Social Work wasn't my first choice, it was actually Music Education. That proved to be a little too difficult for me to master so I decided to go into my second choice. I figured that as long as I was doing something to help others, whether in or out of a classroom setting, I would fulfill my purpose. I have accepted the fact that I am beautifully human (meaning that I am proud of the way that God has made me and yet I have accepted the fact that I am not perfect) and I am very family oriented. I love to take care of the ones that I love. My goal after graduation is to be able to work with abused women and children. (and if life lasts, attend gradate school to become a counselor.)
