| Introduction | I'm a hardworking single mom who, after years of struggle, is doing ok thanks. While I claim to be both bipolar and menopausal, there is an ugly rumor around that I have actually become quite strong and emotionally stable. I have a Masters degree that performs no other function than decorating my bedroom wall. I spend my free time shopping at Wal-Mart or hiding in my room when the kids are home. When they aren't home, they have NO IDEA! |

| Favorite music | Nearly anything from the 70's, most notably Gordon Lightfoot, the Bee Gees, John Denver, Dan Fogleberg, etc. I also have a fair collection of American Idol alums, hard rock, and I'm being slowly dragged into a grudging respect for country. |
| Favorite books | The Belgariad and Mallorean series by David Eddings, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, various other fantasy series and any non-fiction having to do with tornados, forensics or criminal psychology. |
