Introduction I am a firm believer in positive psychology and positive energy. The way we act in public situations affects the people around us. We have the opportunity to change someone's day for the better. Something as simple as a smile can go a long way. The struggles we deal with in life are sometimes not so easy to handle, we all need someone to give us positive advice. I hope I can provide some assistance to those who are experiencing rough periods in their lives. As I am an actor and musician, there are constant obstacles that come my way. In order to deal with the mounting pressures on a film set, in the studio or in unexpected life situations, I found myself looking for healthy ways to reduce stress in my life. In really fast paced environments or situations, there is usually no time to analyze personal problems. As a result of this, the problems keep recurring because you have not yet really assessed the situation. I noticed that when I truly thought about and verbalized ways I can deal with obsticles in my life, big or small, I was much happier. In turn, I was able to affect the people around me in a more positive way. I hope to learn more from your stories!
