| Introduction | Dena Rogers blends her varied backgrounds together to give you a unique perspective behind the lens. The former collegiate All-American tennis player, teaching professional, and high school coach has combined her love of sports and photography to create In The Zone Photography.
Dena started shooting sports on a freelance basis in 1994. She specializes in sports action, but also does team and individual pictures as well as other types of non-sports photography. Recently, Dena traveled to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to shoot the BMW Tennis Championship, an ATP tournament featuring some of the world's top professionals. Cory Rogers assists with the graphic design of photography products (posters, memory mates, trading cards, etc.) and creates content for this blog as well as the In The Zone Photography website (www.inthezonephoto.com) and Facebook page (www.facebook.com/pages/Tulsa-OK/In-The-Zone-Photography/111738015511357). A former freelance sportswriter for USAToday.com and CBS Sportsline.com, Cory also spent 12 years as a media relations director or assistant athletic director for various NCAA Division I programs. |
