| Introduction | I established the Water Tower Girl Scout Troops (Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors) to bring scouting to girls living in and around the northwest section of Philadelphia. I began my journey in scouting over 35 years ago and wanted to share the wonder, resilience, leadership, teambuilding and passion for community that scouting brought into my life. At the Water Tower Girl Scouts are encouraged to make new friends, try new experiences, make decision and explore their independence.
