Introduction	I am a graduate from Cal State Long Beach with a BA in Journalism & Public Relations. Currently, I am an intern for "Gluten-Free & Fabulous" and am loving every minute of it! I am experiencing a gluten-free life in both a personal and professional aspect, which has brought on a new found, high-spirited passion for raising awareness for Celiac Disease, Autism, and the benefits of a gluten-free diet.
