Introduction	I am a seasoned traveller. I have travelled many journeys, from the past into the present, en route to the future. So, why seasoned? If 'variety is the spice of life' then mine has been spicy indeed! I have lied, I have stolen, I have resented, been bitter, been arrogant, been pompous, ignorant and obnoxious. I have judged with self-righteousness, crushed with criticism, flogged with insults and destroyed with fear. Yet, I remain. Why? G.R.A.C.E.
