| Introduction | Eric Bolmer is a Professional Real Estate Inspector in Houston TX. He studied Engineering and Business Finance at the University of Houston. During the Mid 1980’s, he owned a general contracting company, providing the Houston Savings & Loan banking community with comprehensive services for distressed residential properties. SafeHouse Inspection was founded in 1991. He also teaches inspection courses for continuing education to real estate agents and does speaking engagements on inspection topics such as, remodeling, new construction, toxic mold/air quality, insurance and water damage assessments. Over the years he has inspected all kinds of properties from as new as one month old to those over 100 years old; from small shotgun bungalows in The Heights to million dollar mansions in River Oaks. He also inspects commercial properties such as apartment complexes, commercial buildings and condominiums. |
