| Favorite music | I really really love Doo Wop, and lately I love 70's music, but that is because my book is set in the 70's so I'm kind of enamored with the tunes for the time being. It helps me travel back and it creates imagery. I love Beethoven and Mozart and Vivaldi. And I of course, with all my heart love, John Lennon. |
| Favorite books | Trying to think of the books that never leave my bedside . . . I love historical journals . . . I love rare victorian novels, James Thurber (for the art mostly), Jack Finney, Carson McCullers. I adore Laura Ingalls Wilder because she had such beautiful imagery in her writing. I could cry thinking about it. I still love all the L. M. Montgomery books. |
