| Introduction | I am a transplanted farm girl, plopped into a largish city. I am married to a city boy. We have two beautiful children, two dogs, and a cat (not to mention the kids' personal fish tanks). I teach in an inner-city (read tough) school. My life is hectic, but I make time for myself to relax. I just completed my masters in Library Media (boy was that a long two years!). I would one day love to be back in the country. |

| Favorite movies | When Harry Met Sally, any Harry Potter movie, the Chronicles of Narnia, The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Sabrina (the original with Ms. Hepburn herself), and many others. |
| Favorite music | I like pretty much anything except heavy metal and the raunchy rap/hip-hop. I like Gregorian chants, reggae, classical, R&B, country, even rap that doesn't have really bad lyrics. I love classic rock and stuff from the '70s and '80s (old school). |
| Favorite books | Harry Potter series, Chronicles of Narnia series, Sense and Sensibility, Romeo & Juliet (yes, I realize it's not a book, per se), and many others. |
