| Introduction | I retired from the Department of Agriculture several years ago and am presently fully occupied with my grandchildren. This durian blog is to share my experiences in the technical aspects of durian production. I would to thank the many readers who have invited me to participate in the durian business. I would like to reiterate that I am a technical man and NOT a business man. I DO NOT know much about the present durian industry - the supply and demand, the economics, the main players, the market. And I don't have any durian contacts. So, please direct your questions or requests on durian production technical issues. I won't be able to help you if it is about durian business.
