| Introduction | My name is Annette. I was raised in Go Home Bay on Georgian Bay amongst the 30,000 Islands. Through the visual and tranquil beauty of this amazing area, the artist in me bloomed and I have been painting ever since. After much encouragement from my daughters and friends, it is time for me to share my paintings, and if anyone is interested in buying, I may sell it. My art has been my therapy since I was a child and it has been hard for me to give them up, except to close family. Some of the art is from dreams, some from my memory, some from photographs I took personally and some are from other artists. Many of my paintings are hanging at my daughters and most of them in my quarters. I am told it is time to share them, so with the nudging from my daughter this blog takes shape to possibly to carry some of my art away from my eyes to hopefully give the same joy to others eyes. |
