Favorite music	Most things (from the classics to hard rock) except R&B. From my miss-spent youth, still enjoy Janis Joplin, Paul Simon,the Beatles, Rodruiges, Cream, Creedence Clearwater Revival,and more recently Green Day, U2, Kelley Clarkson, my BEST is Dire Straits. Also SA bands Prime Circle, the Parlotones, Freshly Ground, Johnny Clegg.
Favorite books	Pretty much anything by John Steinbeck and George Orwell, Pete McCarthy (The Road to McCarthy), Long Walk to Freedom by Nelson Mandela, A Light Touch by David Curtis (sadly now out of print and I SO want a copy, about painting with oils)anything to do with travel, especially single handed yachting and anything about Antarctica (Shackleton's book was amazing)

Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?

Why not, it could become the latest fishy status symbol, like face-lifts for humans!
