Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
In response to this fabulous random question: Exactly, thats what all the europeans say too! And, everyone knows that if you don´t wear a scarf (even if its like 80 outside) you will get a cold in the wintertime :).
