| Introduction | im 37 yo and 300lbs, who has been unemployed for a year and 3 months. late last year i got tired of lying around the house watching tv and getting fatter. So I started walking around the block. That walking around the block turned into walking down to the back side of Disneyland. Then that walking at a fast paced walk turned into jogging. With the help of friends they directed me to the Couch to 5k program. So since then i have started to run, training for the Disneyland Half Marathon. |
