| Introduction | This is a blog about my walk with God and growing my relationship with the Lord. I was raised Catholic and later in life left the Catholic church to explore Protestant religions. In my thirties, I met my husband, who was Catholic. It was important to us to raise our children in one faith. Ed answered my questions that I had on Catholicism, countered my arguements and encouraged me to read up on the Catholic Church. I read a few books on Catholicism and made an important decision to return to the Catholic Church. I continue to learn and grow in my Catholic faith and in my relationship with God. This blog is part of that process. I believe I have a unique perspective as a cradle Catholic, leaving the Catholic Church, exploring Protestant religions and then finally returning to the Catholic Church, the one true church of God. I am a mother of two beautiful boys, Kyle 7 and Austin 5 whom I am currently homeschooling. We have a six pound dog named Daisy who is a Morkie, half Maltese and half Yorkie.
