| Introduction | I am a teacher, runner, and mom in Southwestern Ontario. I regularly trade in drool-bibs for race bibs, and I love my little cheering section of my husband and three boys. I decided that my running life wouldn't be complete without some extra endurance from swimming and biking, so I took up triathlon! It is a lot of fun, but I still favour running above all else. |
