| Introduction | Frank J. Brady Summary: Mr. Brady has over 30 years of consulting and executive management experience. He began his career in hospital performance improvement when he managed a field test of techniques developed by Neil Simms, MD, of Johns Hopkins and Burton Cordry of Westinghouse Systems to measure and improve organizational effectiveness in the clinical setting under the auspices of the Department of Health, Education and Welfare. Prior to founding Brady & Associates in 1983, Mr. Brady served as Director of Planning for the Southeast Nebraska Health Systems Agency, and as CEO of community, proprietary and religious hospitals from 1971 through 1982. Skills: Mr. Brady provides organizational development, benchmarking, team building, performance improvement, and cost reduction services to hospitals applying data, systems thinking and proven change management techniques. He trains facilitators, conducts workshops and is a frequent speaker at association programs. He has written articles for the Organizational Effectiveness newsletter and Health Progress, the official journal of The Catholic Health Association. |
