Introduction	I'm now 60, and feeling it! I spent the month of November, 2010 (after considerable coercion from my husband and daughters and sons-in-love), at the "Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago for Pain Management." After spending sometimes 22 hours a day in bed (in pain), with with the patient encouragement of my family, I am now 1. Faithfully participating in water aerobics. 2. Sleeping during the day much less (except on days when I have to take a shot to ward off a RP flare-up) and "bad days" (which seem to be coming less often! PTL! 3. Still in love after 40 years of marriage! Enjoying Steve's retirement (and my "forced" retirement, due to my health conditions, "CPRSII: Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy" and "Relapsing Polychrondritis") both here in Streamwood (a suburb of Chicago) and at our summer place on Lake Michigan. 4. Slowly getting back to crocheting, sewing, quilting and other crafts (mostly for my grandbabies) 5. And, most importantly, enjoying my daughters, sons-in-love and the most precocious, utterly precious, remarkably intelligent, and strikingly beautiful (inside and out) grandchildren: Lucy, Milo and Lila (with another on the way!)
