| Introduction | What about Bob? 4 years ago, Bob and his wife Amy decided they were done with California and looked countrywide to relocate and get in the Real Estate business. They settled on Austin, TX. because they felt after a great deal of analysis, everything seemed aligned for the area to grow. They were correct. Bob moved into New Home Sales for Streetman Homes. Streetman is a 17 year old Austin company building about 125 homes a year. Over the past 4 years, he has been extremely successful selling over $40 Million dollars of new homes. The past three years, Bob has been awarded the Platinum Award from the National Assoc. of Home Builders for being in the Top 1 percent of all New Home Sales Professionals. In 2009 and again in 2010, Bob was honored as Sales Person of the Year by the HBA of Greater Austin. Bob loves what he does. He has moved 17 times in his life. He can relate to his customers as they make their decision on buying a new home. During many of those moves, he also built his own home.
