| Introduction | Reluctant member of the Widows' Club for close to 5 years. Not claiming to be "moving forward" - more like "moving laterally", if moving at all. Will never be an "exemplary griever". Fully intend to do this my way, which includes doing nothing at all, when the mood suits. Widowhood has been the most difficult task of my often-times difficult life & sees me kicking & screaming all the way to the end of my time on earth, figuratively speaking. I've learned to put on a brave face, so some would say I'm doing really well. They don't really know me. Come along for the ride if you will. But treat me gently. I've endured all I can & severe words may invoke severe reactions. I'm otherwise easy to get along with. |
