| Introduction | I'm an OB/GYN, now trained in high risk obstetrics (we call it MFM, for maternal-fetal medicine). Some of this stuff is opinion, some of it is fictionalized fact, some of it is fiction. All identifying details have been changed. As for the blog name, it is a reference to gravity - related to the medical word for pregnancy, but also what ties us to this earth.
