| Introduction | Hi! I have come to the realization that improving myself is a lifelong journey and want to share this with others. I am working toward my goals to make myself as healthy and happy as I can, but I know through my life my goals will change, knowledge will change. I will accomplish some, but will not beat myself up over ones I can't. I will try and try to share what works for me and what doesn't.
