Introduction	I'm a student, an undergrad, waiting to get a BA and then MFA in Creative Writing. That means I'll be teaching college instead of laboring hunched over a laptop for a somewhat large monetary compensation. I'd love to be an author/poet for a living but, come on. How often does that dream pan out?
Interests	Writing poetry, dabbling in fiction and creative non-fiction, making video clips with WMM, reading the classics, good fiction and poetry, basketball, good beer (also, appletinis. Must have appletinis) watching sports (especially football), dancing, sketching, painting and once I get a DSLR (hard to accomplish when you make less than those working the fryer at McD's), artful photography.

Favorite Books	The Bell Jar, The Catcher in the Rye, MacBeth, The Great Gatsby, Anything Sylvia Plath wrote, To Kill a Mockingbird, a collection of short stories in my Creative Writing textbook, Collected Poems of Anne Sexton, Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman, Atonement, by Ian McEwan, The Three Theban Plays, by Sophocles, The Iliad, by Homer, The Metamorphosis, by none other than Kafka.

Sponges and tongues are frequently misspelled. Is it because both are thirsty?
