Introduction | I love using and writing about natural remedies! I graduated from Boston University and after side trips into advertising and television production in Hollywood, I became a journalist with a focus on health, in particular natural remedies. My work has appeared in many national publications including Better Homes & Gardens, Prevention, Remedy, Natural Health and Vegetarian Times. I am also a non-fiction author. My work includes: The Complete Idiots Guide to Natural Remedies, Beat Sugar Addiction Now!, and The Beat Sugar Addiction Now! Cookbook with noted holistic physician Jacob Teitelbaum, MD and the Country Almanac of Home Remedies with herbalist Brigitte Mars. But my new natural remedies mystery series for Gallery Books/Simon & Schuster is closest to my heart. The first book in the series Death Drops got great reviews. On Feb. 26th 2013, the next book in the series Scent to Kill will be released. The series stars naturopathic doctor, Willow McQuade, ND and each book features over two dozen natural remedies. So not only will you have a great time reading it you will also learn valuable information to improve your health. What could be better?!?! |
