Introduction	Grew up in Northern Minnesota. Raised on hotdishes, bars, pickled herring and potica (pronounced po-teet-sah). I spent a good portion of my childhood at my grandmother's house on Coffey Lane. I learned how to sew and knit and cook a killer spaghetti and rice pudding in her kitchen. This eventually led me to a career as an apparel product developer in the fashion industry and a closet foodie/cook.
