Introduction	First volunteered for Senator Cranston's Presidential campaign in 1984, have volunteered for others since then and worked on Capitol Hill for various Members of Congress.
Interests	In no particular order, style, politics, my husband and kids. Also love to shop (natch), travel, design and make jewelry (less often than I'd like to), do puzzles, watch TV and movies, and I have for the past 7 years planned a get together for my fave online fashion, shopping and beauty group. Now that this is a permanently annual event - yay - I'm planning it with some of my very best pals. Also love middle eastern food, lattes and good chocolate. I can frequently be found perusing the news/blogs and cursing the Shrub's latest vile move while putting on fragrant hand lotion or mulling over whether I need/want the latest cute top/handbag/pair of slacks I saw at Tarjay.
Favorite movies	Dave, John Adams HBO Series, National Treasure 1 and 2, Bride and Prejudice, Bridget Jones' Diary, Evan Almighty, Truman Show, Lost, most Britcoms.
Favorite music	80s, progressive, celtic.
Favorite books	Currently Reading "Fair Game" by Valerie Plame, will start Scott McClellan's "What Happened" after I'm done with Plame.
