Introduction	I've been working in kitchens since I was 14. From italian bistros to hotels to Michelin starred kitchens including Raymond Blancs Le Manoir aux Quat Saison. I've run my own "gastro" pub with my husband, had a fine dining and private catering company and worked in private households. Spattered through this varied career I have given demonstrations up to 200 people and private cooking lessons for 1-8 people. I love what I do and I'm even more passionate about getting people to cook for themselves, for the first time or getting a confident cook onto the next level. Each and everyone of us has to eat each and everyday so let's make it fun and enjoyable not a chore and a bore!
