| Introduction | How many people in the wine trade can say they have breathed in air from 35,000 years ago, introduced people to a giant squid and handled dinosaur bones? Having previously worked as an educator at the NHM, London and Australian Museum, Sydney, I am now making a determined effort into entering the wine industry. I see it is a sideways step (pardon the pun!) Wine IS natural history in a bottle… geology, history, geography, botany, biology, genetics as well as storytelling but most importantly at the end of the day…drinkable and shareable! This blog aims to document the stories and my experiences of joining this exciting and vibrant trade. |
