Introduction	I am from South Texas, the Rio Grande Valley, born and raised. I received my bacherlor's degree from Texas A&M University in English and minors in Music and Business. I then went on to receive my master's in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Vermont. I have a twin sister who is an educator, an older sister in the Army Band, and a younger sister pursuing her Bachelor's degree. We have a loving mother who is hard-working and who has always supported us in our goals. This blog is dedicated to her. Currently, I am working on my PhD in Higher, Adult and Lifelong Education (HALE) at Michigan State University.
Interests	Racquetball, Running, Spin, and Yoga are a few things who bring me a piece of mind. I enjoy picking up my clarinet every once in a while. And engaging in conversation with others about justice, trust, and humility keep my mind moving forward.
