Introduction	For much of 2006, I struggled with gastro-intestinal issues caused by scar tissue from an appendectomy at age 10. The scar tissue constricted an area of my intestines which led to severe weight loss, malnutrition, and a 4 month hospital stay at the beginning of 2007. I suffered minor brain damage from my time in the ICU, and my body atrophied from lack of movement. I continue to endure the following symptoms: tremors in hands, shaky vision, loss of equilibrium, impaired speech, and brain fog. The medical establishment has no treatment for my neurological condition, other than the passage of time, so I must find my own way to heal. My recovery through diet, exercise, physical therapy, and oxygen therapies began in the summer of '07.
