Introduction	I worked for a large non-profit conservation organization, mostly in forest management, and am now retired. I've been a birdwatcher since age 15, a yarn- and bead-crafter since about 2004, and am happily married to a wonderful man since 1996. We have a dog, Carly, who tells us what we need to know to keep her happy. I have good friends and a great family; what more could one want? I'll be sharing stories of travels, house and home, crafts and gardening, birds and birdwatching, and anything I think may make a little nugget of a story.
