Favorite Music | Pretty much anything except that computerized noise some people call "techno." A few faves are The Rolling Stones, Tom Petty, James Taylor, Alan Jackson, Ella Fitzgerald, Eric Clapton, Randy Travis, Elvis Presley, and Mozart. |
Favorite Books | Books I teach that I continue to love: The Grapes of Wrath, The Crucible, The Great Gatsby, The Things They Carried, Macbeth, Frankenstein, and Brave New World. Books I loved when I was young that I'd probably hate now: Are You There God, It's Me Margaret, On The Road.
