Introduction	Initially conceived by Zoë Cameron for the Thames Festival (Feast on the Bridge) as a moveable garden it was decided to get the public involved. Driven by the belief that there are too many strangers, this was perfect; salad hats to provide roaming garnish for hungry diners. The vision of plants swaying through the crowds was strong, Damaris Booth was even stronger, and ably assisted by a talented team of friends and artists the only way is up! Zoë, Damaris, Sara Evans and Alex Williams are all part of the crew, and between our group skills in cooking, art, education, gardening and design we think we make a pretty good hands-on team....and most of all it's fun!
