| Introduction | I'm 38, married to the best man in the world and have 3 beautiful children ages 15, 12, and 8 and I am a baby in the fitness industry, only 5 years. But I love it and it seems to be a good fit for me. I'm also a Massage Therapist. I did my first body building competition in May 2010 and started the blog at that time. It helps me to vent and also to stay accountable. I'm in training again but this time I'm the trainer. Let's see how it goes! |
