| Introduction | The picture is of my first balloon flight which was certainly a thrill! I researched balloon flight safety before I went and was glad that I did. I have my MLS from Emporia State University and have been part of the Kansas library community for more than thirty years now. During that time I have worked at KU and ESU, I have attended many Tri-Conferences and held leadership positions in several sections and roundtables. I honestly believe that librarians (especially Kansas librarians) are at the forefront of accepting and using technology to our communities' advantage. Yea US! |
