Introduction	hi, I'm koen, I am a student environmental sciences at wageningen university. A few years ago i bought a DSLR however being a student money is always short. That's how i found out about manual focus lenses. My camera is a nikon d60, which means that it will take almost every lens ever made for nikon. After a few treasurehunts on ebay i have quite a collection of lenses Since only the AF-S lens will have autofocus with my camera i had to become better at manual focus. Eventually i found that autofocus is a nice thing to have, metering is a nice thing to have but you can take perfectly good photographs withhout them. After quite a bit of practice i became so used to doing everything myself i don't like using autofocus and especially metering anymore.
