| Introduction | I started this blog in July '10 as a way of journaling my venture into running. I'm an average guy, who was looking for a fun way to get and stay in shape. So I started running in December '09 using the Couch to 5k program. In December '10 I completed my first 1/2 marathon, and in December '11 I completed my first full marathon.
