| Introduction | After spending 12 years as a public education teacher, I stay home now with my two and four year olds. I cherish the opportunity to spend so much time with my kids in such a beautiful part of the country. I recently started teaching yoga again and rediscovered a critical part of myself. I am full of love and gratitude for the beautiful life we have and the world we live in. |
