| Introduction | Creative Cooking is my Passion.Born and brought up in Goa(Sun Sand Sea)to a Keralite parents.Have traveled extensively."The evergreen paradise the land that sprung from the oceans"is what i like to say about India. My childhood were spent in Goa did my early and middle level schooling from Deepvihar School Goa.Pursuing my love for cooking i graduated with a Bachelors Of Hotel Management in 2005, started my first step of my career in the world of culinary from TGI Fridays Bangalore. A keen interest for food, fueled my passion to get through the various cuisines which propelled me to United Kingdom in June 2006.I was leaving in West Croydon.Where by my i finished my Human Resource studies,i eventually explored every part of United kingdom in search of versatility of European cuisine.My biggest break through was working with Chef Mathew Executive Chef of Hilton Croydon .He thought me the art of cooking the love for it.I still remember his golden words"don't get afraid of the knife, the knife should get afraid in seeing your finger".In 2008 i was back in India to share my ideas and my experience to the budding chefs. Currently working for ACE(Academy of Culinary Education). |
