| Introduction | Well, I could be mysterious and say something like "Sophie is every young girl who has low confidence and is pulled apart by the forces of media, making us hate our bodies enough to change our lives and do anything we can to change ourselves overwise we fear being rejected in every aspect of life" - but instead, I will tell you who Sophie actually is. I am Sophie, I am 14, and I live in London with my mother and brother and my 3 cats. I am in my last year of secondary school ( looking to attend sixth form/college) and I am only 5ft high and I weigh 121lbs (2 pounds overweight) at the moment, my lifestyle is very lazy and unhealthy, but I have decided to go 'all natural' and start exercising, eating well and wearing less makeup etc. I am bubbly, very happy and yet, so very insecure. So now I begin my journey, an overweight, insecure, short girl - hoping to come out on the other side healthy, even happier and eternally grateful to natures wondrous products that will give me the healthy ingredients I need to be a self acclaimed beauty.
