|I completely adore watching people take a bite of food I have prepared for them. The anticipation of waiting for their reaction and the payoff when they love it are the most rewarding feelings for me. I cook and bake to relief stress. One of my favorite food genres is creating eclectic twists on comfort foods. New exotic food is good too! I owned an extremely successful coffee shop-come-bistro in Denver, Colorado which was featured on the The Food Network. Now I'm searching for my role in this expanding industry.
