| Introduction | After attending culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu in Los Angeles, CA I jumped on board a flight to Lagos, Nigeria June of 2008. Nose diving straight into a once in a life time opportunity to open two restaurants and explore a whole new world and culture. The people and beliefs I found in Lagos kept me living peacefully and happily for 2 1/2 years. I'm now calling the Bay Area home,and am ready for my next adventure with food. |
