Chicken monkey shoes?

Monkey's have metacogniton, self-awareness, and advanced linguistic skills. (Or is that apes?). What's the point of killing one to have something to put your gross feet in? Of course, if the monkey is already dead, there's no reason to let a perfectly good corpse go to waste for what is admittedly, a pretty outlandishly creative idea.
