Introduction	I am a stay-at-home mom to three wonderful children. I have baked for years when I had to but it wasn't until I quit my job to stay home with the kids that I discovered my love of baking. After many years in the advertising industry and a year as a stay-at-home mom I have decided to follow my dream and go to pastry school. I guess it truly is never too late to follow your dreams. Sometimes we get caught up in the day-to-day and we forget to allow time to sit and reflect on our dreams and figure out how to make them a reality. Thoreau said: "Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you've always imagined. As you simplify your life, the laws of the universe will be simpler - solitude will not be solitude - poverty will not be poverty nor weakness weakness".
